Credit card refusal means that the cardholder refuses to pay by credit card. The occurrence of credit card refusal is mostly due to the buyer's failure to receive the goods in time or dissatisfaction with the purchased goods and services, and accordingly, he applies to the issuing bank for refusal and asks the seller for a refund.
The cardholder can apply to the bank for refusing to pay the transaction on the bill within a certain period after payment (generally 180 days, and some payment institutions may stipulate a longer period). Because of the difference between online transactions and face-to-face transactions, no matter what e-commerce platform the seller uses, such risks cannot be completely avoided.
