Yes, it's right next to Building 9, and there are several ATMs beside it. Next to CCB and Campus Card Service Center. Opposite Building 9 is Building 5, and there is a China Merchants Bank next to Building 5.
Business hours are 9: 00- 17: 00, and work starts at 2 pm. At the peak of withdrawing money (for example, when I want to buy books at the beginning or end of the semester), there will be a long queue at the back.
