1. Application materials and procedures:

The driver holds his or her own phone Fill out the "Shaanxi Provincial Motor Vehicle Driver Traffic Safety Information Card Application Form" at the Vehicle Administration Office with your high-speed train driving license and resident ID card and their copies. After the Vehicle Administration Office reports it to China Construction Bank for approval, the information card will be issued by mail.

Article 2 ?Starting from May 1, 2014, all drivers holding a motor vehicle driving license issued by the Shaanxi Provincial Public Security and Traffic Management Department must obtain and use a traffic safety information card.

Article 3: Starting from May 1, 2016, motor vehicle drivers must carry a traffic safety information card with them when driving in the province, so that the public security and traffic police can inspect it at any time.
