According to Article 8 of the Credit Card Charter of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank:
Natural persons (including China residents, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents with permanent residence in China and foreigners) who have reached the age of 18 and have full capacity for civil conduct, solvency and good credit status may apply to the card issuer for a personal credit card master card with their valid identity documents and other supporting documents required by the card issuer.
Personal master card holders (applicants) can also apply for supplementary cards for their spouses, children, parents and other immediate family members with full or limited civil capacity (the applicant for supplementary cards must be 14 years old and above).
Supplementary card application materials must be confirmed by the main card holder through personal signature, customer service telephone recording, electronic signature or other methods recognized by both the cardholder and the card issuer. The main cardholder can apply for cancellation of the supplementary card at any time.

To apply for a credit card, the applicant must agree to abide by the articles of association, fill in the application form correctly, completely and truly, submit the relevant certification materials required by the card issuer, and sign it for confirmation by himself.
The applicant agrees and authorizes the card issuer to know and inquire about its assets, credit status and personal credit information.
