Depending on the situation, some stores may be able to use UnionPay cards, but rarely, but dual-currency credit cards such as VISA can be used whenever they move. The cash collected by duty-free shops is only US dollars and domestic currency, and the Netherlands should belong to the euro zone. If you don't have it, you can only exchange it at the exchange point. It is recommended to change it directly into euros.
