Can the ICBC credit card be cancelled?
The main card applicant of China Industrial and Commercial Bank can apply for no more than two sub-cards of China Industrial and Commercial Bank for his spouse, parents or children with full civil capacity, and is obliged to urge the sub-card holders to abide by the Peony Credit Card Charter and the relevant provisions of this contract, and bear all losses caused by the factor card holders' violation of relevant provisions.

The main card applicant can apply for cancellation of the ICBC credit card secondary card or stop using the secondary card at any time, and must bear all debts incurred under the secondary card.

If the main cardholder needs to cancel the ICBC credit card sub-card, he has the right to recover the Peony Credit Card from the sub-cardholder and return it to the card issuer. If the secondary card cannot be recovered, he can submit a written application to the card issuer to cancel the secondary card. However, before returning the secondary card or submitting the application, the creditor-debtor relationship arising from the use of Peony Card by the secondary card holder will still be borne by the primary card holder, and the card issuer will not accept the economic disputes arising from the use of Peony Card by the primary card holder and the secondary card holder.
