Bank of China Sanqintong ETC access restrictions and lifting:

1. When the Sanqintong credit card is bound to the Sanqintong industry card, the credit card status must be normal and the available limit must be sufficient. It also agrees that Bank of China can also withhold tolls under various abnormal conditions such as insufficient credit limit, pre-cancellation of the card, report of loss, freezing, etc. and agrees to bear the repayment responsibility.

2. After the Sanqintong credit card expires, you will not be able to use the expressway normally.

3. If the Sanqintong industry card is not bound to a bank account, operates a loss report, operates a pre-cancelled card, fails to debit, or has abnormal status of the bound credit card, it will be included in the ETC restricted list. ETC will not be accessible after a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 48 hours.

4. When the Sanqintong Industry Card completes bank account binding, cancels the loss report, successfully deducts tolls and has sufficient reserves and the status of the bound credit card returns to normal, it will be automatically removed from the restricted list. The updated restricted list is regularly transmitted to local ETC operating units. 48 hours after the restricted list status takes effect, ETC lanes can be used normally.
