To realize this ETC function, you must first install an OBU (on-board electronic tag) in the car. Some CCB outlets in Xi'an seem to have activities that can give away an OBU. You can ask when applying for the card. . If it can be given, the outlet will first give you an OBU gift coupon, and then you can bring your card, ID card, original driving license and coupon, and drive your car to a designated CCB outlet to install the OBU.
