Four ways to change the bank card password;
Counter modification: the cardholder needs to bring his ID card and bank card to the corresponding bank counter for modification;
Machine modification: the cardholder can modify the password on the self-service deposit machine, ATM machine and multi-function terminal according to the prompts on the machine;
Online banking modification: you can log in to your online banking, enter your login password, and then select account service to modify it;
Telephone modification: You can call ICBC customer service directly and select the settings manually. After entering the initial password or the original password, the settings will generally take effect within three working days.
I forgot my passbook password. If I am a minor, I can change my password with my account book. According to the relevant regulations of various banks, minors who forget to change their passwords need their guardians to bring their ID cards and household registration books to the local bank to change them. The process is as follows:
Bring passbook, minor ID card, guardian ID card and household registration book to the bank;
Inform the staff, fill in the password change application form, and queue up to get the number;
Call the counter and submit relevant materials and application forms;
Enter a new password and confirm your signature.
