1. Too many password errors: log in to mobile banking, select Credit Card-Credit Card Management-Password Management-Consumer Cash Withdrawal Password, and you can resume using the credit card after resetting the consumer password. Mobile banking has not been opened yet. Please bring the original ID card and credit card to any CCB outlet to reset the cash withdrawal password.
2. Other reasons: If the credit card is locked for other reasons, please call the customer service hotline of CCB 95533, press "2" according to the voice prompt, and then switch to manual service to unlock the credit card.
