Log in to online banking, enter My Account-Other Account Services, select Cancel Online Banking Service-Delete Online Banking Account, and then select the account to delete. "Other Account Services" is behind "My E Account" and is generally covered by the announcement mailbox. There is a Little Square next to it. Click on it, clear the information bar on the right, and you will see "Other Account Services". Or choose directly from the drop-down box above.
