The earliest installment payment business is an agreement between merchants and banks to pay by credit card for consumers in order to promote consumption. Later, major banks directly provided installment payment services for large-scale consumption, and no longer restricted places of consumption, so now all credit cards can basically be consumed first and then applied to the bank for installment payment, and the bank will explain the relevant expenses to you clearly. It is still relatively early for Bank of Communications to launch this service.
