After the non-physical gifts (excluding air miles) are successfully redeemed, Bank of China will send a short message voucher to the mobile phone number reserved by the cardholder in Bank of China. You can use SMS coupons in stores or websites designated by the external formula of the points redemption channel within the validity period. Non-physical gifts are not refundable once they are exchanged.
