Rural Commercial Bank Credit Card Points Redemption Activity Rules:

1. Rural Commercial Bank Credit Card points are only applicable to this activity scope. Points can be redeemed for gifts designated by Rural Commercial Bank, or other Virtual goods, such as Alipay Jifenbao, Q coins/QQ products (the exchange standards and rules are subject to the announcement on the Rural Commercial Bank website), or exchanged for air miles (only for World Platinum Xin Card).

2. Points may not be transferred to other cardholders or any third party, and any transfer will have no effect on Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank. Points may not be exchanged for cash or other non-point gifts without the consent of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank.

3. After successful redemption, the corresponding point value will be deducted from the cardholder’s credit card points, and cannot be canceled or changed. If the cardholder's account does not have enough points, redemption will not be possible.

4. The points redemption gift catalog, redemption standards, and redemption rules shall be subject to the latest points activity announcement or gift catalog on the day of redemption.

5. Some points gifts have quantity limits and are available while supplies last. If the points redemption standards and rules have a validity period, they cannot be redeemed after the expiration date. If the membership card gifts are discontinued or upgraded during the event, the Credit Card Department of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank will contact the cardholder and replace the corresponding gifts.

6. The pictures of gifts listed on the website or points manual are for reference only and must be subject to the actual products.
