How to transfer the money in the postal currency card to ICBC?

1. Open the phone interface and click the Alipay icon.

2. After opening Alipay, click the "My" option.

3. In my interface, click the "Balance" option.

4. Click the "Recharge" option.

5. Enter the recharge amount and click "Next".

6. Select a postal currency card in payment mode and click "Enter Password".

7. Enter the payment password and click the "Pay" button.

8. Click the "Withdraw Cash" option.

9. In the cash withdrawal interface, select a cash withdrawal card, enter the cash withdrawal amount, and click "Confirm Cash Withdrawal".

10. Enter the payment password and click OK.
