In my work, I always strive for customers' support for our business, expand the number of my own customers, collect information and seek support through high-quality service and professionalism in a relatively short period of time, and successfully market a large number of high-quality customers and businesses such as XX Noble Liquor Trading Center, XX Electric Power Industrial Company and XX SME Service Center. Although the current contribution is not great, I have saved hundreds of millions of yuan in deposits and loans for the future. By the end of December, individuals had accumulated more than 22 million yuan in deposits, with an average daily income of more than 18 million yuan for the whole year. New breakthroughs have been made in payroll, PS merchants, notice deposits and other businesses.
Second, since I became an account manager, I have deeply understood and felt the responsibility and mission of this position.
The account manager is a business card of our bank for serving the public, and it is the hub for customers to contact our bank. The communication manners and manners with customers all represent the image of our bank. I always learn communication skills and master communication methods, and treat my work with the attitude of "work is my career" and the way of running forward. Collect high-quality customer information from all sides, keep abreast of customer trends, visit the bridge among customers, go down to enterprises and institutions, go deep into customers, take the bus when there is no bus, and as always, carry out daily maintenance for different customers, even if it is a short message blessing and greeting, which represents our bank's miss for customers. Enthusiastic and patient to answer questions for customers, calmly face customers with a relaxed attitude and kind smile, quickly and clearly convey the information they want to know to customers, communicate well with customers and achieve good results, and win the general recognition of customers for my work. In the credit business, do a good job in pre-loan investigation, post-loan inspection and follow-up investigation, and submit the materials for review and filing in time. In 211, a total of more than 33.5 million yuan of loans were issued, and 6.41 million yuan of loans were collected on time. There was no bad loan or bad credit, and personal compliance was achieved while high-quality operating profits were obtained, ensuring the safety of credit funds.
III. Problems
In the past year, although I have made some achievements in various aspects, I also clearly saw my own shortcomings.
(1) I haven't studied enough. Facing the deepening of financial reform and the diversification of market economy, how to master the latest financial information and the development trends of our city sometimes can't keep up with the pace.
(ii) It is necessary to tap existing customer resources, select the best customers, improve the quantity and quality of customers, and enhance customers' greater contribution and loyalty to the Bank.
(3) It is to further customer service, be young and impetuous, be down-to-earth, improve work initiative, do more and talk less, and improve myself in practice. I am trying to correct the above shortcomings.

In the new year, I will make persistent efforts, pay more attention to the study and research of new regulations, new businesses and new knowledge, improve my working methods, work hard actively, enhance my sense of service purpose, show great courage, show pioneering courage, consolidate my business foundation and move towards a higher and further level.

Because of work needs, I worked as a department manager in the personal business department of XX Branch from the end of January to the beginning of October. According to the working ideas of the Party Committee of the Bank and the current situation of personal business development in XX Sub-branch, the working direction of "paying attention to traditional business, paying close attention to new business, and promoting the steady and rapid growth of personal business income around new economic growth points" has been established. The specific work report is as follows:
1. Promote the steady growth of deposits and loans.
Under the correct leadership of the Party Committee of the Bank, through various labor competition activities such as "Spring Action" and "Summer *", the savings deposit and personal loan business were promoted to grow steadily. With the concerted efforts of all employees of the Bank, the savings deposit increased by RMB, RMB and RMB by the end of September on the basis of the balance at the beginning of the year, and the planned amount of RMB 64, was completed.
Based on the high-quality transport capacity of XX Yangtze River Channel and the investigation of the personal financial business department of agriculture, rural areas and farmers of the municipal branch, the Measures for the Administration of Personal Ship Mortgage Loans of Agricultural Bank of China and the Municipal Branch (for Trial Implementation) was issued, and XX Branch became the first branch to offer personal ship mortgage loans. As a big county of water transportation, we have a new economic growth point of profit.
Second, promote the sustainable development of the work concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and reduce the risks of the loans concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers with all efforts.
We will continue to promote the work concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers with the support of "agricultural and commercial links", "benefit card" and "small loans". Collect the data of 12,15 farmers' business links, organize a training meeting on the installation and use of farmers' business links in April, install 6 farmers' business links at a time, and open the small cash withdrawal farmers' business links 215 to broaden the card use environment of Huinong cards.
With the president in charge, we went to three rural outlets to make a thorough investigation. In view of the current situation of "the growth of non-performing loans of small-scale agricultural loans" and the actual situation of farmers, we formulated and implemented the plan of "prosecuting some, deterring some, collecting some at home and suspending some", and strictly preventing the non-performing loans of small-scale agricultural loans from being blocked. Through various methods, the county * * * recovered 1.8 million yuan, and the non-performing rate was controlled below 5%.
Third, pay close attention to the development of new business, and achieve zero breakthrough in wealth management products and gold sales.
in view of the new changes in the financial market and the needs of customers, we will promote the marketing of wealth management products from the interests of customers. First of all, I took the lead in marketing wealth management products of 2.5 million yuan, then worked out the reward methods for wealth management products, and then thoroughly explained the spirit of wealth management products to the director, lobby manager and account manager. At the beginning, every time there is a new wealth management product, the information and key points will be printed to the lobby manager Wang Xiaoyan and others, and the marketing will be pushed away from point to point. By the end of September, * * * had marketed wealth management products of 394.16 million yuan.
In view of the warming of the gold market and the requirements of customers, the Shanghai Branch agreed that the business department of XX Sub-branch should start the east wind of buying and selling physical gold, and with the support of the leaders of the Bank, the Banking Regulatory Bureau, the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, branches and other internal departments coordinated, so that the business department of XX Sub-branch could successfully sell physical gold in May, and organized the marketing of 651 grams of physical gold in that month. In May and June, they all won the second place in the precious metal sales competition at the business outlets of San Agricultural Bank of China, a branch of the city, and each won a prize of 3, yuan.
Fourth, pay attention to the development of credit card business.
Strictly control the quality of credit card increments, so as to avoid the phenomenon that "bad money drives out good money" in monetary science from happening to the customer groups of platinum credit cards. For the existing platinum credit card customers, we should change the current situation of "re-issuance, light management and lack of education", sort out the original customer groups, and give equal attention to kindness and prestige, so as to guide customers to use platinum credit cards correctly, spend properly, and earn reasonable points to avoid malicious cash withdrawal and malicious overdraft. Customers with high points, high installment and high contribution rate will be given continued use and appropriate increase, while customers with low points and no installment will be given credit reduction and credit lock-in, so as to promote the benign, healthy and sustainable development of credit card business.
under the correct leadership of the leaders of the card department and the bank of the branch, I led the account managers of the financial department and outlets to actively develop credit card installment repayment and credit card installment car purchase business. On May 3rd, XX, the new monthly installment amount of Agricultural Bank of China was 2.3 million yuan, and 12 new cars were added each month, ranking second. In June, XX Sub-branch added a monthly installment of 5.55 million yuan and added 15 cars each month, ranking second. In July, XX Sub-branch added 8.68 million yuan in monthly installments and 26 new cars, ranking second, and was awarded 6, yuan by the branch to XX Agricultural Bank. In this year, the income of credit card business increased by 1.57 million yuan compared with the same period of last year, with a growth rate of 153%, which made a great contribution to the income of intermediary business this year.
