You can log in to online banking, "Advance Cash" to your personal All-in-One Card account in "Instalment Management", and use the All-in-One Card to withdraw cash without a card.

Notes on credit card "cash advance":

1. Unit debt commercial cards and military unit official cards do not support the cash advance function.

2. Only the China Merchants Bank All-in-one Card under my name will be accepted as the cash advance amount to be transferred to the account.

3. The credit card’s account opening certificate type, certificate number and account name must be exactly the same.

4. If you do not have our all-in-one card, please bring your valid ID to our bank counter to apply for it.

5. Before applying for a cash advance, you need to open a card, set a transaction password and activate the cash advance function.

6. The handling fee for online banking/telephone cash advance is 1% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of 10 yuan/transaction; the daily interest rate is 0.05%.

7. Online banking/telephone cash advance only supports RMB transactions.

8. Please confirm that the card you want to transfer is in normal condition.

9. Funds obtained from cash advance loans cannot be used to invest in the stock market, futures market or any other equity investment, and do not engage in illegal activities.
