If China Merchants Bank's credit card is lost, stolen or occupied by others, it is suggested to report the loss immediately through the following channels:

1. After logging in to the popular version or the professional version, select "Card Management → Report Loss of Credit Card";

2. Call the credit card customer service hotline and select "2#" to enter the manual loss reporting card.

3. After logging in to mobile banking, select "Home → Credit Card", click the "Card" icon on the top right of the screen, and then select "Card Management → Card Loss Report";

4. After logging in to Pocket Life, select "My → Card Manager", select the card to report the loss, and click "Lightning Card Change → Card Lost".

Tips:

① Once the loss of a credit card is reported, it will take effect immediately, and the card cannot be used, but it will not affect the use of other cards under its name, and once it is reported, it cannot be revoked;

② 60 yuan/card for loss reporting (VISA MINI card can report loss separately or at the same time, with a charge of 60 yuan/time).
