At present, the five banks with the highest prosecution rates are China Agricultural Bank, China Merchants Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Industrial Bank and China CITIC Bank. These five banks generally make a large number of prosecutions after cardholders are overdue for three months. There is no limit to the amount of agricultural prosecution, and it is possible to sue only a few thousand yuan. The greater the amount owed by the other four companies, the higher the probability of being sued. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to communicate with the bank to avoid being sued when the arrears cannot be repaid.

Article 18 The Intermediate People's Court shall have jurisdiction over the following civil cases of first instance:

(two) cases that have a significant impact in the region;

(3) Cases determined by the Supreme People's Court to be under the jurisdiction of the Intermediate People's Court.
