Application conditions
Chinese citizens who are over 18 years old, have full civil capacity, and have legal and stable income, as well as foreigners and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have the right of residence in China, can apply for a BOC credit card locally. You can apply for supplementary cards for your immediate family members who are over 16 years old. A main cardholder can apply for up to three supplementary cards for each main card he holds.
5 Application Process
Hold the following documents
1. Identity documents: We accept main card applications from people aged 18-65 and those over 16 years old. Supplementary card application.
Domestic residents: need to provide a copy of the resident ID card or temporary resident ID card (both sides, within the validity period), or a copy of the military officer's ID card;
Foreigners: need to provide
① Valid passport;
② A copy of the "Foreigner's Residence Permit" or a copy of the "Foreigner's Residence Permit" attached to the visa page of the valid passport or the "Foreigner's Permanent Residence Permit" Passengers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: need to provide a copy of the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents" or the "Return Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Compatriots" or the "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents".
2. Proof of fixed residential address: (You can choose any of the following)
Copy of household registration card (book);
Issued by the unit Proof of collective dormitory;
House rental contract (agreement);
Proof of self-owned property;
Community property management fee payment receipt;
Proof of address issued by the street;
Other supporting materials that can prove that you have a fixed residential address.
3. Documents proving financial resources: (You can choose any of the following)
Copy of social insurance withholding certificate;
Owned property Copy of certificate;
Copy of bank time and demand deposit slip/passbook;
Copy of fund, treasury bond, corporate bond purchase receipt (need to show the purchaser’s name, account number and account balance );
