Article 18 The maximum overdraft period of a credit card is 60 days.

Article 63: For losses caused by fraudulent use after the cardholder reports the loss, the relevant person responsible shall bear liability in accordance with the provisions of the credit card regulations.
Article 64: If a corporate cardholder violates the provisions of these Measures and uses it to settle goods transactions or labor supply payments exceeding 100,000 yuan, he or she shall be fined 50,000 to 100,000 yuan.
Article 65 If a corporate cardholder violates the provisions of these Measures and transfers money from accounts other than the basic deposit account or sales income or deposits cash into his or her credit card account, he or she shall be ordered to transfer the money to the credit card account. In addition to returning to the basic deposit account, a fine of 50,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan will be imposed.
If a personal card holder violates the provisions of these Measures and transfers the company's money to his credit card account, he will be ordered to return the money and be fined 5,000 to 10,000 yuan.
Article 66: If a cardholder withdraws cash in violation of the provisions of these Measures, he or she shall be fined 30% to 50% of the amount of cash withdrawn.
