On the electronic cash business-bind recharge account page.

1. Never signed a contract before: Click the "Click here to create a new contract" button at the bottom of the page, select "Single Electronic Cash Card and Select Debit Card/Credit Card" - Select your certification at the bottom of the page After using the tool, click "Next". After verification by the security authentication tool, the transaction is successful.

2. Select the electronic cash account and the debit card/credit card you selected have signed a contract: the system will prompt you to inform you that the contract has been signed.
