But there are many details:
1. If the cardholder dies due to an accident, such as a car accident or a doctor's medical accident, etc. Then you may get compensation. If the family members cooperate, the bank may recover the arrears. If you don't cooperate, the bank will sue the court at most. If the debt is greater than the legal fees, it is possible to sue. If the debt is less than 500, it is basically a bad debt.
2. If the cardholder has property before his life, there may be a sum of money at home, and there may be a bank other than the cardholder's credit card issuing bank, then the bank has the principle of confidentiality to depositors. How does the collection bank define his property before his death?
3. If the immediate family members have no capacity for civil conduct or repayment, the bank will check whether they have property or inheritance. If there is no property or inheritance, the bank will think it is a bad debt.
4. Identification of heritage. Everything except bank deposits is a house. First of all, you can't buy or sell houses. Then, if the area of commercial housing is less than 65 square meters, if the bank brings a lawsuit to the court, the court will not make a judgment. For the above reasons, if the cardholder dies, the bank that owes the credit card can only try to collect it. If it can't be collected, it is considered a bad debt.
