Service times:

(1) Within the validity period of the card, there is no limit to the service times;

(2) Free service cases are limited to one time in the same day, and the second time (including the second time) must be paid by the Ping An owner card holder;

(3) If the case of free service continues for more than two days, the cardholder of Ping 'an Car Owner Card shall pay for it from the third day (including the third day). If the service is requested the next day, it will be regarded as a new case without charge;

Service description:

(1) Free power-on start-up: registered vehicles can't be started due to insufficient battery power, and the service will be started free of charge on site.

(2) Free fuel oil and water filling service: registered vehicles will be provided with fuel oil and water filling service for free due to water shortage or oil exhaustion in the fuel tank. Fuel is delivered on behalf of the cardholder, and the fuel within three liters is free, and the fuel charge over three liters is extra, and the cardholder is charged according to the price of the gas station.

(3) introduction of free oil delivery service: when the vehicle cannot refuel at the nearest gas station due to the lack of oil in the fuel tank during driving, the oil delivery service is provided, with unlimited service times throughout the year, and the fuel within three liters is free of raw material fees. If it exceeds three liters, the cardholder will be charged with the invoice of the gas station. (In areas where direct oil delivery is not possible due to government fire safety control, vehicles shall be towed within 3 kilometers to the gas station designated by the cardholder or the nearest gas station, and the gas fee shall be borne by the cardholder).
