Yes. But if it is a fine from the urban management, it can only be paid in cash, not by credit card.

Methods to pay fines:

1. Log in to ICBC personal online banking, click on the payment station, and then click on the shortcut menu on the left - I want to pay.

2. Click the drop-down triangle, select the region where the payment company is located, select traffic fines as the payment type, and click Query.

3. Select payment on the pop-up page, or click Add as frequently used, so that you can find it from the commonly used payment items next time you pay.
