1. Usually, after Thunder crashes, Thunder 7 will automatically diagnose. After the diagnosis is completed, you can check the cause of the crash of Thunder, click Repair and restart Thunder to see if this problem can be solved.

2. Reinstallation, repair and unloading. Reinstallation method:

(1) You can find the uninstaller = for "uninstall_xl7" in the "thunder network" folder of Thunder download directory. After opening the program, you can first check whether "reinstall repair" can solve this problem.

(2) If reloading and repairing can't solve the problem, please select "Dismantle Mine";

(3) Ensure that Thunder and all components are completely deleted;

(4) The uninstallation is completed, but some junk files may remain and need to be deleted by themselves;

You can re-enter the installation directory of Xunlei, check the remaining files, and delete the useless files again.

(5) After successfully uninstalling Thunderbolt, you can log in to Thunderbolt Software Center to find the latest version of Thunderbolt and reinstall it on the symbol disk (if it was once installed on disk D, it is recommended to install it on disk E or F when reinstalling);
