You can see "Application Progress Inquiry" in the right column. Click Enter to enter the query page. Then enter the card type, certificate type and certificate number of the card you applied for (please keep the number entered consistent with the application form), and then click Query to see the relevant progress display.

2. Check the progress through the credit card customer service hotline of Bank of Communications: the hotline is 400-800-9888.

The display of query progress generally includes the following types: approval, supplementary information and rejection.

If the progress shows that your application has passed, please pay attention to the card issued by the bank.

If you need to supplement relevant information according to the progress display, please cooperate with the prompt to supplement relevant information as soon as possible so as to continue to complete the review;

If the inquiry shows that the application materials provided by you do not meet the requirements of Bank of Communications for the time being, Bank of Communications will also send a rejection letter to inform you.
