Hello, there are two types of One Piece co-branded credit cards. The ONE PIECE Credit Card is free of annual fees in the first year, and swiping the card 6 times in the first year is free of annual fees for the following year, and so on; the Collector's Edition One Piece Credit Card is permanent. There is no annual fee. If the application is successful, no matter whether the card is activated or not, each collectible One Piece credit card under your name will be required to pay a one-time operating fee of RMB 50 per card.
