ICBC credit card can take cash. But there is a handling fee for withdrawing cash by credit card.

For cash withdrawal in China, the handling fee is charged per transaction 1%, with the highest 100 yuan and the lowest 2 yuan.

For overseas cash withdrawal, the handling fee is 1%+ 12 yuan, with the highest 1 12 yuan and the lowest 14 yuan.

ICBC does not enjoy interest-free repayment period for overdraft withdrawal of credit cards. From the bookkeeping date to the repayment date, overdraft interest will be charged at the daily interest rate of 0.5 ‰, with monthly compound interest.
