The credit card has no initial password. After the card is activated, the password needs to be set by yourself. If it is not set, you can set it in the following ways:

1. Inquiry password: 6 digits, used to make voice calls and log in to the credit card online mall. Usually, this password cannot be used for any transaction.

To set the inquiry password for the first time, you can call the customer service hotline 955 1 1 ext. 2 and set it yourself according to the voice prompts.

2. Transaction password: 6-digit verification password used for online transactions of cash and credit cards on ATM machines.

1) Log in to Pocket Bank APP, enter the credit card interface, click More, and follow the prompts in Card Management-Password Management-Transaction Password;

2) Click the following link: Ping An Credit Card Online Banking link to log in to the credit card online banking, and set the transaction password according to the prompts through "Account Management-Password Management-Transaction Password Management";

3) According to the voice prompt, dial 955 1 1-2 for setting.
