Registered vehicles enjoy the following free rescue services

Free vehicle towing: when the vehicle cannot run normally due to a fault or accident, the vehicle will be towed to the place designated by the cardholder. Free service within 3 kilometers from the anchorage, and 1 yuan will be added for every kilometer beyond 3 kilometers.

free charging start-up service: when the vehicle can't start because the battery is dead, it provides free charging service. If charging may affect the electronic instruments of the vehicle or the vehicle is not suitable for charging, tow the vehicle to the place designated by the cardholder.

free oil delivery service: when the vehicle runs out of oil in the fuel tank and cannot refuel at the nearest gas station, it provides oil delivery service. There is no limit to the number of services throughout the year, and the fuel within three liters is free of raw material fees. If the fuel exceeds three liters, the cardholder will be charged with the invoice of the gas station (in areas where it is impossible to deliver the fuel directly due to government fire safety control, the vehicle will be towed to the gas station designated by the cardholder or the nearest gas station within 3 kilometers, and the fuel fee will be borne by the cardholder).

free water supply service: when the water tank is short of water when the vehicle is running, water supply service is provided. Vehicles that are still unable to drive after adding water will be towed to the place designated by the cardholder.

free replacement of spare tire/inflation service: when the cardholder's vehicle can't run due to flat tire or air leakage, it provides replacement of spare tire service. If the cardholder has no spare tire or the tire screws are too tight to be disassembled manually, tow the vehicle to the repair shop designated by the customer or the nearest repair point for treatment (the spare tire and tools shall be provided by the cardholder). This service does not include tire repair service.
