Conditions:

1. EU visa within three months.

2. Over 18 years old.

3. Spend more than 175 euros on the same brand on the same day.

4. Purchases can be processed on the same day.

The basic process of credit card tax refund:

1. Before payment, inform the clerk that you need a tax refund and show your passport.

2. Go to the tax refund counter of the shopping mall to complete the corresponding procedures.

3. After completing the process, you will get two documents, pink and green.

4. The document will be stamped at the Detaxe Office of the airport and will be officially effective.

5. Keep green documents for yourself.

6. Find Global Blue’s blue mailbox at the airport, put the stamped pink receipt into the original envelope, and send it back to Global Blue.

Tax refund type:

A credit card with the same name as the passport is required as guarantee. Leave the country within two weeks from the date of purchase.

It will arrive about one month after leaving the country. Leave the country within three months from the date of purchase.

No need to mail the receipt. Return or exchange immediately.

Remarks:

1. Tax refunds are not available for food items

2. The tax refund method cannot be changed after it is selected.
