Bank cards can be frozen for up to six months after judicial freezing, and will be automatically unsealed after six months of freezing. Frozen by the court for judicial needs:

(a) to pay a fine in accordance with the provisions;

(2) After the court completes the relevant matters, it can be unfrozen without freezing;

(3) The general freezing period is six months, and the court may request an extension of one year or permanent freezing. According to Article 30 of the Provisions of the People's Court on Seizure, Seizure and Freezing of Property in Civil Execution, if the time limit for seizure, seizure and freezing expires and the people's court fails to go through the extension procedures, the effectiveness of seizure, seizure and freezing will be destroyed. If the seized, detained or frozen property has been auctioned, sold or paid off, the effectiveness of the seizure, detention and freezing shall be extinguished.
