when the credit card is overdue to send a summons to the court, it has been overdue for a long time, and it is necessary to immediately repay the amount owed by the credit card and pay the corresponding interest and late fees. If you don't take any repayment measures after receiving the summons, it is very likely that you will be identified as malicious overdraft by the court and you will have to bear serious legal consequences. After receiving the summons, you can actively negotiate with the bank to reduce the adverse consequences caused by overdue credit cards.
