Refunds for purchases made on Taobao with a credit card will be refunded to the credit card. Taobao refund conditions:

1. The seller failed to deliver goods as agreed, or delayed delivery.

2. The goods received by the buyer are defective or damaged.

3. The goods sold by the seller are fake.

Where to return Taobao purchases:

1. If the payment was made through online banking, Taobao refund will be returned to the bank card or credit card used for online banking payment.

2. If you use Alipay for refund, return it to Alipay.

3. If you use Ant installment payment, when receipt is not confirmed, the refund will be returned to the Huabei account, and the buyer does not need to repay. If payment is confirmed, the refund will be returned to Alipay.

Taobao refund process:

1. Open the Taobao page and enter your member name to log in.

2. Find the product you have purchased and click to apply for a refund.

3. Fill in the reason for requesting a refund and submit.

4. After waiting for the seller’s consent, the buyer will ship the goods and complete the refund.

Note: The shipping fee for Taobao refunds needs to be negotiated by both parties, and refunds must be made in accordance with Taobao rules. If both parties have a dispute over a refund, they can apply for Taobao customer service to intervene.
