The credit card account opening outlets are all branch branches in a prefecture-level city.

Generally, you can pick up a new card at the business office of your county-level branch, hold your ID card and credit card, fill out the application form, and activate the credit card at the ICBC counter.

You can also go directly to the business office of the sub-branch in the prefecture-level city to pick up the new card, hold your ID card and credit card, fill out the application form, and activate the credit card at the ICBC counter.

New credit cards cannot be received at other outlets.
