When is the earliest time to file a lawsuit against the arrears?
Legal analysis: China's civil procedure law stipulates that the lawsuit of owing money will be opened within 15 days. The court will file a case within 7 days and notify the parties. The court will send a copy of the complaint to the defendant within 5 days from the date of filing the case, and the defendant will file a reply within 15 days from the date of receipt.
