Log in to personal online banking → select Customer Service → Online Banking Points Query.

Note: The points displayed in "Online Banking Points Inquiry" will not be updated in real time after the points transaction is processed through personal online banking, and the newly added points will be displayed in about two weeks. When the bank checks the customer's points, the actual transaction points of the customer shall prevail. In other words, customers can redeem points gifts even if they don't display points in real time after the transaction.

Enter gift keywords through the search bar.

Points exchange method:

1. Log on to the credit card points website of China Merchants Bank and enter the gift keyword in the search bar in the upper right corner of the home page to find the desired product. Select "Integral Range" through the search bar.

2. In addition to searching for goods by "gift keyword", clicking "gift keyword" will display the function of searching by "integral range". At present, several integral ranges of 0~3000, 3000~6000, 6000~ 10000 and 10000 are provided for your search.

3. Click on the activity section at the top. There are six activity sections at the top of the homepage, which are searching for new products, grabbing discounts, choosing gifts, playing games, celebrating birthdays and enjoying high-end. If you want to choose the products of these six activities, you can click on the corresponding fields at the top to enter the activities and select the corresponding gifts.

4. Click on the commodity classification on the left. In addition to the activity section at the top, there are commodity classifications on the left side of the homepage. Click on the corresponding category and choose the corresponding gift.
