Kaiyuan Dragon Card is a co-branded credit card jointly issued by China Construction Bank and Kaiyuan Mall, and it is an IC credit card with a chip. This card has the financial functions of Longka UnionPay IC credit card and the VIP membership rights of Kaiyuan Mall, and enjoys the dual services provided by China Construction Bank and Kaiyuan Mall. The annual fee for this card is 160 yuan/year. As long as you make 3 purchases or cash withdrawals with the card each year of holding the card, the annual fee for that year will be waived.

Global payment cards include gold cards and platinum cards. If it is a UnionPay gold card, it has the financial functions of a standard Dragon card and UnionPay IC credit card. If it is a VISA or MASTERCARD version of the global payment platinum card, it can be used at home and abroad. It also has the function of automatically converting overseas card payments into RMB and depositing them into your account, free of exchange fees. The annual fee for the Platinum Card is RMB 580 per card for the main card and RMB 300 per card for the supplementary card. A total of 10 card purchases and cash withdrawals (no amount limit) in each card year can be exempted from the annual fee for that year.

If you use it domestically and often spend money in Kaiyuan Mall, you can choose Kaiyuan Dragon Card; if you use it overseas, it is recommended to choose VISA or MASTERCARD version of the global payment platinum card.
