2. Bidding enterprises and applicant qualifications

1. The registered place is Dongcheng.

2. Registered capital of more than 1 million yuan (inclusive).

3. The number of employees is 10 or more (inclusive).

4. The tax credit rating is A or B.

5. The valid business period of the business license shall not be less than 5 years.

6. Applicants should be middle- and senior-level business personnel of their respective companies and have worked continuously in their respective companies for more than one year.

3. Required materials

Applicants must apply for a travel card through their unit (hereinafter referred to as the applicant unit). The applicant needs to provide the following materials:

(1) Paper materials

1. Fill in the "APEC" materials list as required (the list must be downloaded)

2. Complete the application form:

(1) "Beijing Application Form for APEC Business Travel Card", except for state-owned enterprises, the signature and seal of the person in charge of the applying unit is required in the column of the applying unit ;

(2) "APEC Business Travel Card Application Form" - (computer typed and filled in);

3. A copy of the business license, which must be signed by the legal person (with official seal) ;

4. Company profile (company size, efficiency, assets and liabilities, profits and taxes, import and export status), relevant certificates for frequent visits to APEC economies and other materials, and an introduction to the applicant (with official seal);

5. Introduction to the applicant (resume, position, business responsibility, etc.) (with official seal);

6. Copy of applicant’s ID card (with official seal);

7. A copy of the first page of the applicant’s valid passport, which is valid for no less than 5 years and has at least half of the blank pages (with official seal);

8. Applicant’s household registration A certificate of no criminal record issued by the local police station.

9. If the place of residence is not in Beijing, a copy of the one-year labor contract signed with the unit must be provided, signed by the legal person (with official seal);

10. Provide the previous employment contract of the company Tax payment records in Dongcheng District in 2017 or the current year (with official seal);

11. Provide the applicant with the "Beijing Social Insurance Personal Rights Record" (i.e. payment information of insured persons) for at least one year from the date of declaration (with official seal);

12. Relevant materials for corporate tax credit rating of A or B (if the corporate tax credit rating is A, fill in the "taxpayer identification number" and "tax name" ; If the tax credit level is B, a tax credit level certificate issued by the tax authority shall be provided).
