4. When using a credit card for inter-bank payment, neither the remittance amount nor the handling fee amount can be overdrawn.
5. ICBC does not judge the authenticity of the collection accounts of other banks provided by customers, and the authenticity and accuracy of the collection accounts are confirmed by customers.
6. At present, the receiving bank of inter-bank remittance business can support major domestic commercial banks. If customers want to remit money to local commercial banks, they need to confirm whether the banking system supports the interbank system of the People's Bank of China.

It takes time to transfer at the same level:
1. The peers in the same city arrive in real time, which is generally delayed by about 2 hours.
2. Travel in different places, remit money before three o'clock in the afternoon and arrive at the account on the same day; After 3 o'clock, arrive the next day at the latest.
Private business of less than 32,000 yuan is not affected by Saturday and Sunday, and it will arrive on the same day; In case of Saturday and Sunday, the payment of more than 20,000 yuan will be postponed to the working day.
