Log in to official website, the issuing bank's online banking, and enter the account password to enter the personal page. Find (Bank) on the personal page, and click Select (Other Functions) to enter other function pages.

Look for (card activation) in the page, click to enter a new page, and activate the card according to the navigation prompts.
