Financial documents, such as: the original income certificate issued by the unit, or the original bank deposit certificate, or a copy of the salary record issued by the bank showing the name of the applicant, or a copy of the income tax withholding certificate, or a copy of its own real estate license, etc.

If you still want to do it, I suggest going to a joint-stock commercial bank to try it, and the possibility of passing it will be greater.
