Credit card overseas consumption through international routes will be settled in US dollars. If the consumption amount is not US dollars, there will be an exchange fee between the two currencies, which is 1.5% of the transaction amount. If the consumption amount is USD, there will be no settlement fee.

USD bills generated in consumption abroad or by withdrawing foreign currency cash can be repaid by purchasing foreign exchange in RMB. You can choose to purchase foreign exchange in full or with the minimum repayment amount. According to foreign exchange management regulations, the amount of foreign exchange purchased cannot be higher than the current dollar bill amount. The function of purchasing foreign exchange can be applied through online banking or calling the customer service hotline:

1. Online banking: Please log in to the credit card website/,click "Online Banking Login" on the right, enter your ID number, inquiry password and additional code, and then log in to online banking, and then open the function in "Repayment Management"-"Repayment Settings for Purchasing Foreign Exchange";

2. Customer service hotline: Please call the customer service hotline 4825555, enter your ID number or card number and inquiry password according to the voice prompts, and then select "9" to transfer the service specialist to set up the foreign exchange purchase function for you.

Warm reminder:

1. Once the foreign exchange purchase function is set permanently, it can be modified through online banking or calling the customer service hotline;

2. After the foreign exchange purchase function is successfully set, the RMB money you deposited will be used to repay the overdue part of your minimum repayment, and then you will purchase foreign exchange according to the foreign exchange purchase amount you set to repay the US dollar bill, and then repay the RMB bill;

3. As the exchange rate fluctuates daily, our current exchange rate for foreign exchange purchase repayment is based on the exchange rate announced at 1: a.m. on the day of repayment.

4. The setting of the repayment amount of foreign exchange purchase in this period is only valid in this period, and the next bill will be restored to your original setting in the future; 5. If you choose to purchase foreign exchange by overpayment, your RMB overpayment will be used to purchase foreign exchange to repay the US dollar bill within 2 working days.
