To apply for a CMB credit card, you need to bring the original ID card (temporary id card can't handle it) to any CMB counter to apply for a credit card interview through online channels (except for door-to-door application and professional application).

Failing to apply for face-to-face visa within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up the application for credit card. And you can't submit a credit card application again through online channels within 90 days.

If you don't get the credit card, you need to go to the counter to sign it first, and then mail it to you after the face-to-face signing is passed.
