If you have lost your ID card and want to know whether you have been issued a credit card, you can check on the Personal Credit Information Service Platform of the People's Bank of China:

1. Log in to the Personal Credit Information Service Platform of the People's Bank of China;

2. After entering the platform, select registration (if you have already registered, select login), fill in personal information such as ID number, verification mobile phone number, etc. to complete the account registration.

3. After completing the registration, choose to return to the personal credit information service platform, log in with the registered account, and select user login.

4. After logging in to the platform, select credit report inquiry, answer the questions about the previously registered account settings, and then submit the application.

5. The application has been submitted. The People's Bank of China needs to approve the application within 24 hours, and then log in to the platform and enter the verification code to obtain your credit report.

The personal credit report will show how many credit cards you have and how many loans you have borrowed from the bank.
