In fact, I think the reason for poor self-control is that what you are doing consumes too much energy. You subconsciously don't want to overwork yourself, so you refuse to complete the planned task. To put it bluntly, you love yourself too much, because you don't want to make yourself miserable, so your subconscious mind controls you and won't let you finish the task. It is quite difficult to solve this problem. After all, your subconscious mind can control your body and mind, and you are fighting yourself.
However, if you can realize this problem, you should still have some action. To solve this problem, we must use our own meager mobility. As analyzed earlier, you can't do things with poor self-control because you don't want to be involved. Your subconscious mind is much stronger than you are now. Since there is no way to solve this problem at once, let's not set ambitious goals. For example, our goal starts with making a plan, and we only need to do it for five minutes every day.
This is also my personal experience, because I found that when I started to do something every day, even if the time was not long, I would naturally accept doing it every day and regard it as my daily life. With a good start, we will gradually increase the duration of the task at this time. Although this method is very effective, you still need to take some actions. If you don't even start to act, then your problem can't be solved anyway.
