The external transfer payment function of Minsheng Bank’s mobile banking can be processed through the following channels:
1. Mobile banking: click on the remote banking menu, and the remote agent will help you handle it online; you can also click " Settings"-"Limit Management" activate the mobile banking transfer function (dynamic token or Bluetooth U-Bao);
2. Personal online banking: through online banking with security tools (U-Bao or dynamic token)- Mobile banking;
3. Business outlets: Go to any of our bank’s business outlets to activate.
The transfer or payment limit of Minsheng Bank’s personal online banking is zero, and the transfer or payment permissions of newly added accounts will be turned off by default. You can activate or deactivate it in three ways:
1. Mobile banking: You can call the remote agent through the mobile banking-remote banking menu;
2. Personal online banking: If you have signed up for security tools (SMS verification code, browser certificate, dynamic token , U Bao), you can activate transfer payment and external payment permissions through online banking. The steps to open/close are: Settings - Transaction permissions - Select transaction account - Settings - Select the type of transaction to open/close;
3. Business outlets: You can open it through any of our bank's business outlets. Provide original ID, debit card (credit card or current card), and mobile phone.

※ If the transfer or payment limit of online banking is not zero, the transfer or payment permissions for newly added accounts will be enabled by default.
