1. The mobile phone number reserved when opening the card is not currently used. If you change it, you need to change it at the bank outlet and reserve the mobile phone number;
2. The mobile phone number is cancelled, so you can't receive information.
Steps and procedures for binding bank cards:
1. Log in to Alipay Personal Center and click on other accounts and bank cards;
2. Click on the blue font at the arrow to enter the following interface;
3. Click Add Bank Card in the above figure to jump to the following interface;
4. Enter the bank card number and the mobile phone number reserved in the bank when opening the card, and then click OK. Finally, fill in the received verification code and click OK to bind successfully.
