1. Credit card points under the same customer name can be combined, but points under different customer names cannot be combined;

2. The main credit card holder can independently apply for redemption of points, and the supplementary card must be merged with the points of the main credit card before the main credit card holder can apply for redemption;

3. China Bank sends the dynamic verification code to the mobile phone number reserved by the customer in China Bank. Any dynamic verification code for redeeming points gifts/services is correctly entered, which is regarded as the point redemption completed by the customer himself;

4. After the points are successfully redeemed, the points cannot be cancelled or refunded unless otherwise specified. The pictures of gifts/services and prizes are for reference only, and the color, appearance, style and service content are subject to the actual service. Gifts are distributed randomly, and all kinds of electronic gift certificates or other vouchers redeemed by points must be used within the validity period. Bank of China will not reissue, replace, postpone, refund or exchange cash.
